Workshops & Trainings

Drawing on the science of psychology and my years of experience, I design and offer services that support people’s emotional well-being and growth. All of my work is available in both Turkish and English, and can be provided online or in person.

Support Groups

My support groups bring together 8–12 participants in a safe and supportive environment where people can share their stories, reflect on challenges, and find strength in community. Groups can be offered as single sessions or as a series over a limited period. Groups are shaped by participants’ needs and interests. Here are a few examples of possible themes:

  • Life in a New Country: Exploring migration-related struggles such as cultural adaptation, identity, belonging, and the emotional ups and downs of starting over in a new environment (for expats).
  • Managing Everyday Stress: Sharing practical tools, small daily routines, and personal coping experiences that help improve wellbeing.

Trainings & Workshops

I design and deliver interactive trainings and workshops for individuals and organizations. My goal is to create spaces where participants not only learn practical skills but also feel inspired and supported. Examples of workshop themes include:

  • Balancing Stress: Stress can help us move forward, but it can also weigh us down. In this session, we explore its role in our lives and ways to build a healthier relationship with it.
  • Decoding Emotions: Exploring the role of emotions in our lives, the needs behind them and how expanding our emotional vocabulary can help us. We also look at how cultural backgrounds shape the way we express and interpret emotions.
  • Exploring Courage: Courage is not only about big acts, but also about learning, imagination and vulnerability. We reflect on what it means and recognize brave moments in daily life.
  • Wellbeing in Difficult Times: We discuss how to understand our emotions, use our resources wisely, and support our wellbeing in tough times.
  • Understanding Self-Compassion: How we treat ourselves, especially in hard times, deeply affects our quality of life. We explore self-compassion, transforming inner criticism, and practicing a kinder attitude toward ourselves.
  • Coping with Uncertainty: Uncertainty is part of life, but how we respond to it shapes our path. In this session, we observe our reactions and explore healthy ways of coping.
